how much is it, i have medicare, but just need dental

i live in maryland and i really need help with dental and the dental school everyone refers me too is still going to make me pay and i cannot see them until june and they are 30 min. away, and i stress on how i will get there. I am a single disabled mother of 3, any suggestions.

also i was wondering if anyone knows what to do when you have medicare and no dental insurance?
